Peterborough One Retail Park is a 91,000 sq ft out-of-town retail park conceived to meet the needs of a growing number of people interested in gardening and outdoor activities. This innovative retail and leisure destination combines the attributes of a traditional garden centre and an accessible retail scheme, with a mix of lifestyle retailers.
The park was developed in 2010 and has won numerous awards, including the British Council of Shopping Centres Gold Award for ‘Best Out-of-Town Retail Scheme in the UK’ and the Garden Centre Association’s ‘Best Garden Centre – Midlands’.
Peterborough One Retail Park is well located on the north of Peterborough and is easily accessible. It has a terrace of 20 units and is anchored by a 50,000 sq ft Van Hage garden centre.
Other retailers at the 18.5 acre site include Cotswold Outdoor, The Works, The Edinburgh Woollen Mill and Bonmarché.
The park has significant opportunities with 4.4 acres of development land to the front of the site much of which will be developed to provide a low cost supermarket. In addition we are attracting new tenants to the park and hope to have it fully let in the near future.
In July 2017 we re-branded and re-launched the park with a highly effective marketing campaign including a new website, Facebook and Twitter pages, offers and promotions and signage improvements to aid the traders and enhance awareness of the unique retail destination and experience to shoppers. Our Summer Carnival event on 22 July will officially mark the re-launch of Peterborough One Retail Park.
