Targetfollow uses a range of effective asset management techniques to drive performance across a portfolio of retail, office, residential and mixed use assets.

Through regularly interacting with our tenants and other key stakeholders, proactive marketing and implementing vibrant events programmes to increase footfall and occupancy, and helping tenants to promote their businesses to increase their turnover we are able to add value to all of the properties within our portfolio.

Key Assets

The Pantiles:

 

During ten years of ownership Targetfollow have transformed The Pantiles from a tertiary retail pitch into a premier boutique shopping location, prime eating area and venue for live entertainment in the Historic town of Royal Tunbridge Wells.

The Pantiles became fully let, attracting 15 new tenants including high street brand Jack Wills and bespoke German kitchen manufacturer Poggenpohl.

The Pantiles attracts tens of thousands of people to a growing number of events each year. During 2018 The Pantiles hosted over 100 comprising regular markets, food and drink festivals, and a variety of entertainment events, including the award winning Jazz on The Pantiles.

Peterborough One:

 

Acquired in December 2016, under Targetfollow’s management the park was re-branded and re-positioned as an out of town retail destination which is attracting a growing number of tenants, including a rapidly expanding supermarket chain.


As with all our assets there was a rolling investment programme to refurbish and enhance buildings and the site as a whole.


Targetfollow brought their experience of successfully running events at The Pantiles to Peterborough which increased footfall and dwell times at the Park. Through proactive engagement the tenants had positively bought into the events strategy and through active involvement saw their businesses flourish.

Empire House:

 

Through proactive asset management, engagement with local businesses and the Chamber of Commerce, Targetfollow has increased occupancy in the building by 20% and net rent received by 50% over the last three years.

Targetfollow are engaging with the local council to understand how they can use their expertise to support the regeneration of the town.

Empire House is the chosen location of a number of public sector organisations who operate across the Kirklees and Calderdale regions with a requirement for offices in Dewsbury. Due to its central location and flexible retail and office space the building has also attracted a number of charities, a café and numerous start-up businesses.
