Peterborough Garden Park is relaunched as Peterborough One (PE1) Retail Park Saturday 22nd July saw the official ribbon cutting ceremony of Peterborough One Retail Park. The culmination of 6 months of planning, rebranding and reinvigoration for Peterborough Garden Park was celebrated with a fantastic free to attend canival themed event. Compèred by Heart FM with special guest appearances by Chase and Marshall from Paw Patrol meant a day that was enjoyed by all. Festivities continued for the rest of the weekend with a variety of family friendly activites, goodie bags and food offerings all present. Targetfollow Group Ltd has acquired Peterborough Garden Park, a 91,000 sq ft out-of-town retail centre. The property is anchored by a 50,000 sq ft Van Hage garden centre. Other retailers at the 18.5 acre site include Cotswold Outdoor, The Works, The Edinburgh Woollen Mill and Bonmarche. Peterborough Garden Park was developed in 2010 and has won numerous awards, including the British Council of Shopping Centres Gold Award for 'Best Out-of-Town Retail Scheme in the UK' and the Garden Centre Association's 'Best Garden Centre - Midlands'. Targetfollow Group was established in 1991 and specialises in the acquisition and management of investment and development properties.
