Managing The Pantiles and Salle Moor Hall Farm has provided us with the opportunity to weave a tapestry of experiences that resonated with both locales.
The Pantiles
2023 has been another varied, interesting and positive year for The Pantiles. Our ever-popular and award-winning Jazz on The Pantiles sessions continued to keep toes tapping and voices singing throughout the summer months. We also welcomed Soul Train, regular markets, food festivals, antiques festivals, The Big Reveal and other community events.
In a moment of pride, The Pantiles was named one of the top ten ‘high streets’ for independent shops in the UK. Surpassing well-known locations such as Broadway in the Cotswolds and The Lanes in Brighton, it secured the third spot on the prestigious list. This recognition reaffirms our commitment to fostering a thriving community hub. The only two high streets to rank higher than The Pantiles were Victoria Street and West Bow in Edinburgh and the High Street in Stockbridge in Hampshire.
Salle Moor Hall Farm
Salle Moor Hall Farm has embarked on a journey of diversification in 2023. The inaugural Halloween market set the stage for a series of successful events, leading up to this week’s enchanting Christmas market in collaboration with Native2Norfolk. Looking ahead, spring 2024 promises the opening of three padel courts, enhancing Salle Moor Hall Farm’s broad appeal.
The farm’s evolution is a testament to the passion and dedication of entrepreneurs like All Day Brewing and Rooster’s Bike Barn. Antony Moore, Targetfollow’s marketing and asset manager, emphasises the importance of the site’s varied offerings, stating; “It is extremely important to diversify, and we will continue to host markets next year in different locations on the farm, along with small music events.”
2024
As we approach the start of 2024, both The Pantiles and Salle Moor Hall Farm eagerly anticipate a year brimming with possibilities. The Pantiles looks forward to an ever-evolving retail mix and exciting new events. Simultaneously, Salle Moor Hall Farm is poised to welcome new businesses to join its diverse landscape.
